Zucchini Bread (cake) recipe

This is my favourite recipe for zucchini:

3 eggs
1 cup SR flour
1 cup wholemeal SR flour
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp bi-carb soda
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup pecans

Mix wet ingredients, add dry ingredients, pour into 2 loaf tins, bake at 180 degrees celcius for 1 hour. (pop one in the freezer for later).
