Weekend parcel deliveries are great at Christmas! This morning there was a parcel of new fabric waiting for me in the letterbox, inside a recycled paper envelope, from Ink & Spindle. It's 2 pieces of hand screen printed birch forest fabric, by the talented Lara Cameron, and some natural basecloth, made from cotton and linen. The Ink & Spindle girls print their fabrics in Melbourne (not too far from here), with environmentally friendly solvent free inks, and they are carbon neutral.
