Sustainable house day

Today we had a look at a couple of houses as part of sustainable house day. One was around the corner from us (great to meet the neighbours!) and the other was near the city. I would have liked to have seen a few more, but with kids sleeping, and in and out of the car whilst trying to get a few other things done, it wasn't going to happen. Maybe next year :) It's good to see what other people are doing to their homes to make them more eco friendly, maybe one day our house will be sustainable enough for tours.
